VES provided full-service MEP/FP engineering design services, working with 845 Design Group, for this design-build project.  Renovation and interior finish upgrades to improve staff efficiency and capture the companies rebranding efforts in the material selection process were the targeted critical areas for this facility.

The facility includes open office space, breakroom, lounge area, training room, men’s restroom and lounge, women’s restroom and lounge, and locker rooms.

This project involved detailed planning and consideration for this building renovation while remaining operational, meeting manufacturing quotas, and ensuring life safety measures.
