VES has been instrumental in the rapid expansion of Spenga, a dynamic wellness and fitness studio chain. When Spenga sought to accelerate its growth strategy and establish a nationwide footprint, VES was selected to provide comprehensive architecture and MEP/FP engineering services to support this ambitious endeavor.

To meet Spenga's aggressive expansion goals, VES implemented a fast-track project delivery model. Commencing in Spring 2018, the team successfully completed nearly 18 Spenga studios by the end of 2021, with a robust pipeline of 20-25 additional locations planned for the following year. This rapid pace of development required meticulous planning, efficient design, and seamless coordination with contractors and subcontractors.

Each Spenga studio, ranging in size from 3,800 to 4,500 square feet, features a distinctive layout optimized for the Spenga workout experience. The core components of each facility include dedicated spaces for spinning, strength training, and yoga, complemented by a welcoming lobby, locker rooms, utility areas, and storage spaces. To accommodate the needs of families, select locations also incorporate childcare facilities.

VES has successfully delivered Spenga studios across a diverse geographic footprint, including Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Colorado. The company's expanding reach continues with upcoming projects in Utah, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota, solidifying VES's role as a key partner in Spenga's nationwide expansion.
