Who We Are

Virtual Energy Solutions (VES) opened its doors on February 10th, 2014, providing a full range of professional architectural and engineering services from program analysis to design through construction administration.

As an architectural and engineering practice that focuses on projects that utilize multiple delivery options. Collaboration and partnering are our DNA's core and our most significant differentiator. Coupled with our expertise as architects and engineers, our business model allows us to maintain schedule, review and research options, and find our clients' highest and best value.

 

Since opening, we have obtained certifications through the Department of Veterans Affairs, Illinois Central Management Services, and Cook County as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

In addition, we are dedicated to a collaborative and integrated delivery; we believe the owner, contractor, and design team must work as one to successfully meet every program.

Our design team places great value in creating a transparent and collaborative environment that allows for an open exchange of ideas. The success of a design and adherence to budget and programmatic goals hinges on the ability of the team to provide continuous feedback, data, and impact on the decision-making process.

The VES team was an early adopter of building information model (BIM) technology. As a result, we have structured our business model around BIM, which offers incredible workflow advantages: accurate documentation, reduced schedules and enhanced work product.

Additionally, VES has embraced web-based collaborative project tools to ensure clear communication with all project stakeholders.
