Harbor Oaks has a new 44-bed mental health facility with inpatient and outpatient services built for ACADIA Healthcare. ACADIA Healthcare’s behavioral health treatment facilities specialize in helping children, teenagers, and adults suffering from mental health disorders and alcohol and drug addiction.

ACADIA Healthcare completed the project in two phases.  Phase 1 consists of 60,000 SF and includes two new AHU’s 26,000 cfm, 90 tons. Phase 2 consists of 40,000 SF and has two new AHU’s 26,000 cfm, 90 tons.

VES was part of the Master Plan for Phase 1 and 2 including structured interviews with Administrative and Clinical Service leaders.

VES provided MEP/FP and was part of the design-build team delivering for Phase 1 in eight weeks, followed by ten months of construction.
