VES provided MEP/FP engineering services to renovate the three buildings that makeup Gary Elementary School. Included in the project were an entirely new fire alarm, life safety, and generator system. The new generator provided life safety emergency power to each of the three buildings on the campus. Also included were a new roof, exhaust fans, restroom renovations, roof drainage repair and replacement, an elevator addition, and miscellaneous PTAC and unit ventilator replacement.
