VES, working with 845 Design Group, renovated a 3,500 SF former Montgomery Ward storefront into a modern bakery/café in downtown LaGrange. The design team worked with the owner’s kitchen and interiors consultants.

VES provided MEP/FP engineering, including all new HVAC, lighting, and plumbing/fire protection.
